SRI VANAMALI HEALTH ASSOCIATES

We have designed a Novel healthcare schemes for the middle and lower-middle-class people of the community (annual income should not exceed ₹5 to 10 lakhs).

THE SCHEME IS DESIGNED AS FOLLOWS

• Eligibility: Should be a member.
• Membership: Through registration fee of Rs.100/- (one-time fees).
• To avail the healthcare scheme, one should pay annual premium of their choice from the following sum assured slabs:

  Sum Assured

  ₹3 Lakhs   ₹5 Lakhs

  ₹7 Lakhs   ₹10 Lakhs

Premium Would be Economical Relatively.

Benefits:

• Op consultation, pharmacy for 3 days, lab test, x-ray and basic investigation (excluding special hitech tests) will be charged at a concessional rates.
• This scheme should be carried out with national insurance company.
• Prescription from other clinics can be facilitated through e-commerce of our unit.
• If we need special investigations like CT, MRI, etc for any one, can be availed after getting special permission based on the merits of the case.
• Hospitalization and surgeries if any, will be cashless upto the level of sum insured.
• One premium will cover the family of 1+1+3.
• If sum insured is exhausted within the premium period, additional amount of 50% with respect to the sum insured can be availed to complete the treatment.
• Members will have annual events cultural festival’s, newsletters, periodic cultural, health and motivational seminars (free entry).
